- Enter your response in the provided text box and click "Send" or "Submit" to update the ticket.

Closing a Ticket
- Once your issue has been resolved to your satisfaction, you can close the ticket.
- Click on the "Close Ticket" or "Mark as Resolved" button to indicate that the issue has been resolved.
