Tracking Support Ticket Status

  • Accessing Your Tickets

    • In the support section, you will see a list of all your submitted tickets.
    • Each ticket entry typically includes the ticket number, subject, status (e.g., open, in progress, resolved), and submission date.
  • Viewing Ticket Details

    • Click on the ticket number or subject to view the details of a specific ticket.
    • The ticket details page provides information on the current status, any responses from the support team, and a history of actions taken.
  • Responding to Support Team

    • If the support team has requested additional information or provided a solution, you can respond directly within the ticket details page.
    • Enter your response in the provided text box and click "Send" or "Submit" to update the ticket.
  • Closing a Ticket

    • Once your issue has been resolved to your satisfaction, you can close the ticket.
    • Click on the "Close Ticket" or "Mark as Resolved" button to indicate that the issue has been resolved.
